Man, this is exactly what I wanted from a foot pedal / controller. Too bad the kickstarter wasn't successful. Cheap as well.

For that sick leangame, or a more specialized use?

By HottestVapes Go To PostFor that sick leangame, or a more specialized use?Leaning, yeah. Maybe push-to-talk. Mostly just for fucking around. Might get one of these suckers. 15€.
Tried taking the screws out on my RAM last night. First screw came out without issue, second screw rounded off instantly, followed by the third and forth. Fewming.
Gonna have to wait for the window kit to come out for the case now before I can use them again.

I guess Logitech discontinued the G810 in favor of the G513. All traces of it are gone from their website. I haven't used the G810 in months though. Boxed up somewhere. G613 + G900 wireless combo is too strong.
By FootbalIFan Go To PostWhat is the point of a wireless keyboard btw?A cleaner desk or if you game far from the display and PC (like on the couch).
By FootbalIFan Go To PostI see, was curious of the benefits
On a desk, it just contributes to one less item getting in the way. But if you want to hook up your PC to your TV for example, as Kib said, you have a wireless option to seamlessly make that transition.
Wireless tech is really good nowadays.
I've no real complaints about the G613 (besides the Caps Lock issue, which is getting solved), but I'll be upgrading the moment Logitech release a ... classier Lightspeed wireless keyboard. It's not the worst looking keyboard out there, but yeah. Plastic-y as fuck. And it lacks a volume wheel.

zabo was it you who had the ultrawide monitor
are you glad you went for it
I think I'm gonna go for the acer x34, but I'm still torn about whether or not I should just go with dual monitors

By rerixo Go To Postzabo was it you who had the ultrawide monitorYeah, I have the Acer X34A, and it's been a fantastic experience so far, never going back, etc. I think I've only encountered a couple of (older) games that didn't support 21:9 out of the box and it's usually an easy fix / mod, if they don't. The ultrawide + 1440p + 100hz + g-sync combo really is something. I don't use it for productivity much, so I can't say whether it's a good replacement for running a dual monitors setup. Always been a single monitor user. The general consensus seems to be that it is or can be, but it really depends on your use case. I use DisplayFusion for my baseline windows setup. I have one narrow window / column on the left (Foobar2000), one on the right (Twitter), browser in the middle, with the real estate of (roughly) a 16:9 27" monitor. Works for me.

If you're going with the Predator, you want the newer X34P, unless you're trying to save money or have a deal lined up for the X34. Worth it for those extra 20hz, if you care about the gaming side of it. If you don't ... there are cheaper 1440p ultrawides out there.
As of right now, I'd only replace my X34A with a 38" equivalent. 34" isn't small by any means, but 38" wouldn't be too big. Just big. :) Nothing like it on the market currently though, just a couple of faux-HDR 1600p 60hz 38" ultrawides.
Also, obligatory screenshot.
Not sure if it’s placebo or not, but a fresh install of windows on my Crucial m.2 has fixed my crashes in Siege. Gained about 20fps on average too.
Didn’t think I’d ever say it, but I think I’m happy with my R5 1600 for gaming right now. Happy with my overall build too.

Got myself a new desk chair after sitting in a pretty low chair for quite some time.
Fuck me, what a difference.
Was pretty hard to find something that didn't look like a design from a 14 year old and had quality. Settled for a Noblechair Icon. Worth every cent.

Congrats Penny. Any particular reason you went with a faux (?) leather chair instead of an ergonomic mesh one? Possibly the best 600€ I even spent. Ultra comfortable & configurable, proper lumbar support, it molds around your ass (not the other way around), no sweating in the summer.

Noblechair is actually one of the few, that do offer real leather in these kind of chairs. I was searching around wanting something a bit less... Gamery, myself. But I ended up really liking one of these noblechair ones, which also comes in just completely black like Penny's. I really like it a lot. Only wish my ass wouldn't get so sweaty in the summer, but that's life innit.

By FootbalIFan Go To PostZabo gimme a linkThat's the Ergohuman V1.
I think it's either a licensed design or everybody just copied it, I've seen it from a few different manufacturers. Mine's the Ergo.
By s y Go To PostNo recline? Don't even bother sharing the link zaboOverrated as fuck feature. Who the fuck reclines all the way down in front of their computer. In any case, this one does recline, three levels.
Vertical position - PUBG, middle - desktop, productivity, casual / controller gaming, all the way back - video watching.
Thanks Zabo
Recline is a crutch to make up for an otherwise uncomfortable chair.

Quality of the faux leather is pretty good though.
In general the build quality is really good and I've got nothing to criticise. Maybe the back pillow having nothing to be attached to, while the headpillow got stripes and is fixed.
As Wooden said, they also got a real leather variant.

I would be using it a lot for work, so productivity is important, but it seems roughly comparable to two monitors, and far better in some cases.

I've looked at reviews comparing the x34a with the x34p and it seems that the x34a has better colour accuracy, so it's a shame the x34p isn't an upgrade in every regard. I do some design work, but this wouldn't be my primary work device so I guess it's not a huge issue. The other thing to consider is the upgrade in refresh rate, but my current panel is running at 60hz, so I have no idea how to gauge the worth of that extra 20hz on the x34p. I'll just keep an eye out for deals and see what pops up, I don't mind which version I end up with.
I accidently hit the right click on my g502 way too many times. Seems like it's more sensitive than the left click. Is Logitech good about giving you replacements? Would I have to send this one in to them?

Would I have to send this one in to them?I just received a new G613 from Logitech. The whole process took ~10 days, the bulk of which was waiting for them to pick up my warranty claim. After that it was smooth sailing. I didn't even have to return my old keyboard (which I'll sell, I guess). The hardware issue it had was obvious and easy to show, so they didn't really have a choice. I made a video, added it to the warranty complaint. Your problem seems to be a tad less pronounced, so they might react differently. Probably not though. They seem to be very thorough and determined to solve any issues you might have. Go for it.

For fuck's sake. I spoke too soon. They sent me the international version of the G613. Small Enter key ftl.
