You can pickup expensive office chairs quite cheap second hand actually. I remember seeing loads online when I was looking and some almost perfection condition. Lots around London from offices that need to get rid.

They constantly sell out. Was gonna get the white one originally when they released. So desperate I gave my email in for a stock update.
I might subscribe to that email notice to be informed when it next comes in stock. Interested in how comfortable it is over long sessions.

RJN is very favorable to it.

Speaking of mice, changed from a 600mmx300mm desk mat to a fucking huuueg 450mmx400mm mouse mat. It's big, beautiful and thicc and now I'm always on point with my flicc.
Surprised myself too with how quickly I've adapted to a low DPI/sensitivity considering I've been playing on a small mouse mat with a high DPI for over a decade. Played two rounds of THunt in Siege and it just came naturally to me during the second round. Just a shame it's not RGB.

Huntsman looks better imo. He makes it seem like the speed switches on the k95 are hell to use outside of gaming (i've never tried the cherry speeds).
The speed cherry switches is... Not something for me. But you can luckily get the k95 with brown switches, which is what I ended up getting. I do hate how the g1-g6 buttons look, but I kind of love having just a row of extra keys, so I ended up going with it over a few other options in the end. I am not a big fan of the media keys on the K95 either, they feel way too low and hard to reach, when the numpad is as elevated as it is. The volume and mute button I use a lot, but I pretty much don't use the rest.
But overall I am well pleased with the keyboard, and do not see me replacing it any time soon. Well until I smash it due to some randoms in csgo.

The power brick for my Asus ROG Swift broke and I've now commandeered my wife's 1080p ASUS Predator G-sync monitor.

I finally took the time (at work, obviously) to finish the prototype for the G933 stand / charger. Gonna get it 3D printed in a couple of days, take some final measurements for the magnetic USB cable tip hole & cable routing. I had to split the thing in two, because my buddy's 3D printer only goes up to 20x20cm. If that locking mechanism works as intended, glue shouldn't be necessary. Also started working on the G903 equivalent.
Doing Logitech's work for them smh.

i lied. i'm using my dell 30'' ultrasharp monitor, 2560x1600, with a 1080p screen as the secondary, with the pro and xbx hooked up to it. i go back and forth and i defaulted to my 1080p setup when i wrote that post lul.

It means me changing to a VA panel which is definitely nicer than TN. Other than that it's inferior to my ROG Swift I reckon.
Still can't justify £2300 for the 4K HDR.
Might need to look into a newer tenkeyless kb (have the k65 now). Like my G613, but I have zero mouse space.

It is.
By Smokey Go To PostIt is.https://gaming.kinesis-ergo.com/edge/
The cable that links the two halves together extends to 20 inches.
It supports up to nine different layouts, with each layout having two layers. NKRO, no ghosting, more macro storage space than you would conceivably need, MX Brown, Blue, Red, and Silver switches (linear but with 1.2 mm of travel as compared to the 2.0 mm of other Cherry MX switches) available. All settings are stored on the keyboard itself, no external software or internet connection needed.
I highly recommend to get either the lift kit or V3 Pro accessory so you can get tenting (one comes with wrist rests, the other doesn't). They also offer textured key caps for wasd and the arrow keys.
Biggest downsides: wired, no rgb support (only blue led that you can control the brightness of in 12 steps). The led backlighting also does not use the superior Logitech method, so you get a soft blue reflection under the keys.
I'm really starting to taking a liking to this Vektor RGB mouse. I can tell the sensor is only a mid-grade gaming one, but the feel and button quality is pretty top notch. Not bad for only $45.

Breh, 60% boards are a thing. Have not regretted my Anne Pro one bit. Generally, I've found it much better than the K65 I had previously, with the only exception being the lighting control is a little wonky and the white is a bit dim for my liking.

Relax m8s, I'm not being serious. It makes for a perfectly fine desk, if way too shallow for my taste at 65cm. I consider 80cm the bare minimum.
Mostly just sick of seeing the same Karbly countertop + Alex drawers combo in every other gaming PC setup.

Idk, I wanted a desk with a curved front edge, looked at a bunch ... and then decided to design one myself, had it made.
I remember liking some of the Evodesk stuff.

This is what I'm dealing with. It ain't great, but my PC fits right under that top shelf, my monitor is on an arm attached to the back of the desk. It's small, but with my set up it pretty spacious until my girlfriend throws all her shit on the lefthand side of it.
It's also the reason I rebuilt my PC and downsized to ITX. From the desk surface to the top shelf, there's about 30cm of clearance and my old case just didn't fit (Core V21). The Cougar QBX fit perfectly, but I really started to dislike the case the longer I had it.

Waiting for the 60hz 4K model to drop to about £300. I paid £350 for my 1080p/144hz/Gsync. Ain't paying more than that for a MemeK screen the same size.
