This is much more concerning to me than standing still underneath the basket.
By HasphatsAnts Go To Postnow why would you want to sabotage your shot at Zion? that's cutting off your nose to spite your face, girithink you take RJ Barret no.1 over all.
Zions an amazing athlete. But There's a lot of amazing athletes in the NBA. I'm just not sure how his game translates.
By HasphatsAnts Go To PostLosing stinks, and he's just a kid, but man, this is not the mindset I would've expected from a #1 pick eager to prove himself. He has no heart for the game, no nasty in him, Igor is showing that he is not the coach that is going to bring that out of him or any of the other players. Another pick the Suns won't be able to develop properly, I think Booker has succeeded even through all the incompetence. What a waste.
By HasphatsAnts Go To Postnot really concerned because that's a dumb question

They looked like 5 guys from 5 different nations that spoke 5 different languages playing organised bball for the first time in the first quarter.
Ariza was jacking every time he got the ball. Josh Jackson was throwing his first ever post entry passes in his life and couldn't hit the 7'2" guy in the middle. Okobo couldn't get anything going off the dribble because Ariza and Jackson refused to move with out the ball and bridges was standing there asking "wtf are you all doing".
There was a sequence where Jackson dribbled the ball under the hoop to the side where bridges was standing for a corner 3 and Ariza was at the 3 elbow, so all 3 in that tiny space. Jackson passed it to Ariza and then didn't move, so Ariza ran into Jackson, then Ariza passed it to bridges in the corner, who had no where to go, so he ran into Ariza, and then he passed it to Jackson who put up some horrendous long 2 that missed.
I'm all for blaming coaching, but i'm pretty sure no NBA coach is teaching them that.
With out Booker controlling the offence and TJ Warren restricting JJ's minutes, it gets ugly.
So what was Ayton meant to say "oh yeah, sure, we were on target to get beat by 108 pts after the first, but, you know, grit and grind, keep at it, teams come back from that all the time" ... then people would clown him for how absurd that statement was if you watched the actual game.
Ayton and Eddy Curry always been too much alike.
Dude been halfassing since high school. Wiggins already showed ppl that talent don't mean you care.

By diehard Go To PostYou can still be good and not care though. Does Ben Simmons care?I think Ben cares about his numbers... which is at least caring about something...

By Doncicic Go To Postto travel? apparently they letting him
I doubt he will be able to do this in the NBA
By Doncicic Go To Postnot a travel and since when does anybody in the nba care about traveling? haters gonna hate.100% a travel...
they didnt call it so good for him and the mavs... but claim people are hating when you trying to brag on a walk lol
he doesn’t clutch the ball until his first step is complete, same move harden does where nba refs have said for ages that it's not a travel.
By Doncicic Go To Posthe doesn’t clutch the ball until his first step is complete, same move harden does where nba refs have said for ages that it's not a travel.naw he picks up his dribble takes a step forward and then two steps back
By giririsss Go To Post… what? The bigger issue isn’t what Igor is trying to teach it’s more that no one is listening. When Book doesn’t play it’s like they don’t even try to run anything because they know they are going to lose

The step back threes are, by letter of the law, travels, but they don't call them on guards and small forwards. If a power forward or center wants to try that nonsense, they're getting called for a travel though.

Doubt hed be able to travel?
Why would you ever think that Dipro
