I'm pulling for the fighting game too. These companies thrive off of consumer loyalty, and don't do shit to actually modernize their fighting games (WB aside). I was playing Skullgirls, the other day, and it's a damn shame that it's built better than 90% of the shit getting play, currently, and it was made with a fraction of the budget.
As long as the gameplay is good, and the commentators don't suck, I'm in 100%.

I really want to try it out. It uses rubber gates such that you get increasing resistance as you press against them instead of a hard stop. That seems like it would fit my tendencies better than a traditional gate.
