So SVU did a incel episode and it was as good as expected.
There's actually a couple of ridiculous scenes missing there like an incel screaming "The Omegas are rising!!".

Harvey Birdman: Attorney General airing now on [adult swim]. Harvey Birdman was one of the better [as] series in the early 2000s, expect to see a lot of political references.
And, for anyone who enjoys that delightfully batshit era of Adult Swim, after the show is a 12 Oz Mouse special "Invictus"... good effing Lord how they could get away with anything back then.

In for Moffat. The quality of his output for Doctor Who and Sherlock diminished in the final seasons, but for a while it was excellent TV. Gatiss helmed episodes are trash however.
Loved Moffat.
Still in the past few years he had some great ideas, shit execution.
It's a pity they created one of the best Doctor Who but bogged it down with dull episodes.

This shit legit defies belief
edit: now Wallander is on. Nobody involved in this seems to have ever observed the way real people interact.

mid-90s to early 00s Cartoon Network is the best Cartoon Network. Started printing money with the rise of OG Toonami and then later on The Midnight Run and [adult swim]

Heh, asked David Simon about the opening scene in the first ep. of The Wire (because it's seriously great and arguably sets out the philosophy of the entire show and, to be honest, America as a country) and he actually replied. Pretty cool.

"No! Please! I'll tell you whatever you want to know!" the man yelled.
"Really?" said Vimes. "What's the orbital velocity of the moon?"
"What?"
"Oh, you'd like something simpler?

By Tusinukas123 Go To PostHello ! I want to ask, maybe somebody knows when Narcos season 4 is coming?A week from today.
Homecoming has something to it. Just finished the pilot. Esmail really pouring it on ala David Lynch with this one. He's got a great eye.
The new series of Doctor Who is garbage. Far worse than the preceding seasons where Moffat disappeared up his own arse. Chris Chibnall remains a poor writer who got lucky with Broadchurch S1.
Jodie Whittaker is a rather good actress that has been given nothing to work with.

This looks incredible
In for Michael Shannon & Park Chan-wook
Saw first episode of Counterpart, intriguing setup. I hope JK Simmons goes into J Jonah Jameson mode at some point in the series
So I've nearly finished Homecoming (directed by Sam Esmail of Mr Robot fame) and it has been p good. Camera rigging/work, soundtrack and sound work are really excellent. It's a slow burn at first but the second half has been very good. God I love Bobby Cannavale.
By reilo Go To PostWait for real? That was their only decent Marvel show.they need to make a series with good characters
By LFMartins86 Go To PostThey are clearly cutting ties with Disney.or Disney cutting ties with them... Disney been talking about making a streaming service for a min
The Marvel shows won't go to Disney's new streaming service, all the mature content will go to Hulu.
Given Netflix's cancellation of American Vandal, it seems they are trying to get away from shows they don't completely own.
Speaking of streaming services, the best goddamn show in Amazon Prime is coming back next week. Can't wait for season 2 of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

I don't know, I've been watching Homecoming and that might be the best thing on Prime. Certainly the best Amazon thing I've seen.

By reilo Go To PostSam Esmail is great
It’s getting that way, ya.
This is an interesting thread about Netflix cancelling their Marvel shows.
Basically, both Netflix and Disney wanted to renew the shows but Netflix wanted to reduce the number of episodes from 12-13 to 6-8 as the shows are dropping in viewership and more expensive than their other originals due to the Marvel licensing but Disney didn't want that.
Netflix holds the rights for the shows for many years so Disney can't put them on their streaming services unless they do a deal with Netflix, the characters apparently can't show up on other shows for a few years.
They should be 6-8 episodes anyway. Nothing happens in half the season and it’s just filler episodes
